Clark University Graduate School of Management Signs New Lease in Southborough, MA
Clark University Graduate School of Management has signed a new 8,470-square-foot lease to relocate its satellite campus from 1671 Worcester Road in Framingham, MA to 333 Turnpike Road in Southborough, MA. The school's main campus is located in Worcester, MA. Occupancy for the satellite campus, which will hold evening classes for MBA candidates, is scheduled for January 2010.
The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of James Elcock, William Lynch and Timothy O'Brien represented the landlord, KS Partners, in the transaction. Connor Barnes of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners represented Clark University Graduate School of Management. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
Originally built in 1985, 333 Turnpike Road is a two-story, 35,797-square-foot office and R&D building conveniently located on Route 9 with easy access to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Interstate 495.
"333 Turnpike Road 's shell condition afforded a custom build-out of upgraded classroom facilities," said Elcock. "Additionally, the property's quality access, visibility and abundant parking made it the right fit for Clark University Graduate School of Management.
